These Terms of Use ("Agreement") outline the terms and conditions governing your use and participation in the transaction management and services provided by INT Logistics Services.

By using the services of INT Logistics Services, you agree to these Terms of Use and consent to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using our services. If you agree, you will be bound as follows:


   General Provisions


Transactions performed by a Buyer and Seller on the INT Logistics Services site, shall be governed by the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (Civil Code Section 1633 et. seq.).

Any person or entity offering vehicles for sale and wishing to use INT Logistics Services Services to complete the sale shall be referred to as the 'Seller.

A person or entity wishing to purchase vehicles from a Seller using INT Logistics Services to complete the purchase shall be referred to as the 'Buyer.'


   INT Logistics Services 10-Day Return Policy


Our 10-Day Return Policy gives you peace of mind, knowing you’ll receive the vehicle you’ve paid for. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it within 10 days for a full refund. This policy is designed to ensure you can purchase with confidence.

We understand the importance of trust and a smooth, secure transaction process, and this guarantee reflects our commitment to your satisfaction.


   What does 10-Day Return Policy stand for


                  Delivery ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)


At INT Logistics Services, we understand that timely delivery is crucial, and we aim to meet our estimated time of arrival (ETA) for every vehicle. However, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances can cause delays. In the rare event that your vehicle is not delivered within the quoted ETA, rest assured you’ll receive a refund with no questions asked.

Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priorities. We’re committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with our service and value the trust you place in us. We will do everything we can to make your experience with us a positive one.

                  Purchase Satisfaction


If you’re not satisfied with the vehicle you received, please notify INT Logistics Services within 10 days of delivery. Our team is committed to resolving any issues within 72 hours. If we’re unable to resolve the issue in that time, your payment will be automatically refunded. We take customer satisfaction seriously and aim to address concerns promptly and effectively.

   Delivery and Inspection


As part of our 10-Day Return Policy, a INT Logistics Services inspector will conduct a thorough PDI upon delivery to assess the vehicle's condition. The PDI report will detail the vehicle’s condition at the time of delivery, ensuring transparency and accountability. We believe this inspection is key to maintaining our quality standards and ensuring the best experience for you.

Upon arrival at the storage facility, our Technical Inspection Team carefully checks each vehicle for a clear title and assesses its physical condition, including any damages, scratches, dents, or rust. This ensures the vehicles meet our quality standards and are well-maintained. We greatly appreciate your trust in INT Logistics Services and remain committed to delivering exceptional service while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.


   Buyer's Acceptance, Disbursement of Funds


The inspection period for the vehicle ends in 10 days. If we don’t receive feedback from you within this time, we will assume you are satisfied and proceed with sending full payment to the seller.


   Buyer Rejection Process


If you reject the vehicle, please begin the refund process by using our 'Contact' form on the website. Once we receive your request, INT Logistics Services will promptly initiate the refund. The refund process typically takes 24-72 hours to complete. Additionally, shipping will be reversed within this timeframe, and our logistics team will coordinate the pickup of the vehicle by a INT Logistics Services truck within 72 hours.

NOTE: Please ensure the vehicle is in the same condition as at the time of delivery when it is picked up. It must match the condition outlined in the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) report.


   General


By requesting services from INT Logistics Services as a registered user, you agree to these Terms of Use, as amended from time to time at INT Logistics Services's discretion, and confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the current Terms of Use.
